Jo is the Monitoring and Evaluation Lead for The Research People. She is an experienced practitioner of participatory action research and learning, supporting a wider range of international, national, and local organisations to develop their MEL frameworks and implement MEL activities. For over 14 years, she has worked across the humanitarian-development nexus, focusing on programme learning, programme development using a theory of change approach, and grant management. She is currently studying for an MSc in Global Migration and Social Justice.
